Call Kentstruction for a leak that you have not been able to find and we will solve your problem. Besides repairs, we strip your old existing roof and install brand new roofs. We love to do new roofs because we can use a five-step protection system to make your home water tight. We use a special waterproof leak barrier at all eaves, valleys and skylights. Over the roof check itself, we place a heavy-weight, non-permeable barrier. Ridge vents are then cut in at the top for better ventilation (which also helps the roof last longer). Next a 30-year (minimum warrantee) roof shingle is installed. Finally all existing flashings are checked and if they are in poor shape, they get replaced. Kentstruction prides ourselves on our three-year labor guarantee ( three times as long as the majority of guarantees being used) Not only do we give a three-year guarantee, but we will be around to back it up, as we have here since the early 1980's. Some of the brands installed are: GAF, Certainteed, Tamko, Iko, Owens Corning. We install slate, tile, wood (cedar) and metal roofing as well as the newer rubber slate roofing made of recycled material.
